will hold a
silent
auction
paired with
a 4-course
meal on
August 6,
2010.
The 4-course
meal
consists of
:

Calamari
Salad
Breaded
calamari
over fresh
romaine,
Roma
tomatoes,
black
olives,
pepperocinni
peppers with
a spicy
ranch
dressing
Chicken
Pesto Pasta
Sliced
grilled
chicken,
broccoli and
mushrooms
with
fettuccine
in a basil
pesto cream
sauce
Stuffed
Chicken
Florentine
Grilled
chicken
breast with
Applewood
smoked
bacon, fresh
spinach and
Asiago
cheese,
served with
roasted
rosemary
potatoes
Turtle
Cheesecake
New York
style
cheesecake
topped with
chocolate,
caramel and
candied
pecans

$50 which
will cover
food and a
beverage.

Neighbors
legal clinic
is an
opportunity
for local
congregations
to "open
their doors"
with a warm
and
hospitable
welcome for
newcomers in
their midst.
JFON
provides a
place for
community
gathering
and table
fellowship
where
parishioners
and
newcomers
may come
together to
seek peace
and
transformation
in a
troubled
world.
JFON
represents
the response
of the
United
Methodist
Church and
its local
congregations
to the needs
of
immigrants
seeking to
reunify
their
families,
secure
immigration
status, and
enjoy the
right to
work.
The next
JFON local
clinic is
Saturday,
August 14
from 8
am-2 pm. We
are always
looking for
people
willing to
volunteer to
provide
hospitality
and other
services.
Speaking
additional
languages is
not required
to help in
this
important
work. If
